We refer to the notification letter from PINEBRIDGE INV EUROPE LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. SOFT-CLOSURE.
Effective from 03/06/2026, the following fund/s is/are closed to subscriptions from new clients. Existing investors may still subscribe.

Please note that the Fund is in the process of being closed, but not immediately.A formal advance notice setting out more details will be issued at a later date after obtaining necessary regulatory approvals to issue the same. In any event, the termination of the Sub-Fund will take place no earlier than 3 months from the date of this letter.With effect from the date of this letter, the Sub-Fund will not be marketed to the public and will not accept subscriptions or switches into the Sub-Fund from any new investors. Subscriptions and switches into the Sub-Fund from existing investors will continue to be accepted.
