PineBridge informs of non-material changes to the PineBridge Global Funds prospectus to align it with the new UCITS VI liquidity management requirements. It clarifies that redemptions may be paid in cash or by way of asset exchange; that redemption charges may vary depending on the size of the order and may include explicit and implicit transaction costs; and that the anti-dilution levy may also reflect such costs. It also specifies that any suspension of subscriptions and redemptions must be applied simultaneously and be duly justified, and that the manager may temporarily extend redemption notice periods.
