Changes to the Supplements: Sustainability related changes: Decapitalisation of references to net zero in the Annex at the end of the Supplement pertaining to sustainability related information of the Sub-Funds managed in line with Article 8 of SFDR.

Effective from 05/01/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

Changes to the Supplements: a) Sustainability related changes: Decapitalisation of references to net zero in the Annex at the end of the Supplement pertaining to sustainability related information of the Sub-Funds managed in line with Article 8 of SFDR. b) With effect on and from 13 November 2025, the Supplement for PineBridge Global Focus Equity Fund has been updated to reflect the addition of the new RDC Unit Class. c) ISINs. The Supplements has been updated to include the ISINs for recently launched Unit Classes. d) a typo in the distribution frequency of Class R2HD has been amended
4. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 05/01/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

- IE00B1XK9C88 PINEBRIDGE US LARGE CAP RESEARCH ENHANCED "A" (USD) ACC
There are no proposed updates to the Supplements for this Sub-fund, other than to re-date and reflect the revised date of the Prospectus.
