Effective from 05/08/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

• HK0000096476 PING AN OF CHINA SIF - RMB BOND FUND "A" (HKD) INC
• HK0000996931 PING AN OF CHINA SELECT INVESTMENT FUND SERIES - PING AN HONG KONG DOLLAR MONEY MARKET "I" (HKD) ACC
• HK0000720810 PING AN MONEY MARKET FUND "I" (USD) ACC
• HK0000688124 PING AN OF CHINA SIF - RMB BOND FUND "A" (USD) ACC
As the Hong Kong Observatory has issued a black rainstorm warning signal, if this situation is still in effect at 9 a.m. Beijing time and the normal business hours of Hong Kong banks are shortened or affected, that day will not be defined as a business day. That is, the fund will have no subscription, redemption and NAV release, all subscription and redemption orders will be postponed to the next Hong Kong working day (unless the fund manager arranges otherwise).
ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
