Notice to Shareholders from PING AN (HK) - 4/8/2026
We refer to the notification letter from PING AN (HK) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 31/08/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- HK0000096476 PING AN OF CHINA SIF - RMB BOND FUND "A" (HKD) INC
- HK0000996931 PING AN OF CHINA SELECT INVESTMENT FUND SERIES - PING AN HONG KONG DOLLAR MONEY MARKET "I" (HKD) ACC
- HK0000720810 PING AN MONEY MARKET FUND "I" (USD) ACC
- HK0000688116 PING AN OF CHINA SIF - RMB BOND FUND "A" (HKD) ACC
Switching of Units between different sub-funds of the Fund, as well as switching of Units in one class to or from another class of a Sub-Fund in the same currency or a different currency, will be permitted.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 31/08/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- HK0000096476 PING AN OF CHINA SIF - RMB BOND FUND "A" (HKD) INC
- HK0000688116 PING AN OF CHINA SIF - RMB BOND FUND "A" (HKD) ACC
MATERIAL: Ping An of China SIF - RMB Bond Fund may invest in RMB-denominated Income Instruments issued and distributed mainland China via Bond Connect and/or the Foreign Access Regime.
