We refer to the notification letter from PRINCIPAL GLOBAL INV (EUROPE) LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).

1. SUSPENSION OF DEALING.


Effective from 30/09/2025 to 02/10/2025 , the dealing of the following fund/s will be suspended. No subscription or redemption requests will be accepted.

• IE00BFNQRS61 PGIF PREFERRED SECURTIES "D2" (HKD) INC
• IE00BYM2LQ48 PGIF PREFERRED SECURITIES "D2" (USD) INC

Changes to the section titled ‘Key Information for Buying and Selling’: 1) Valuation Point of the Funds will need to be moved to the new time of 9.00 p.m. (Irish time). This will allow the Funds to be valued in line with the close of the US market and to facilitate the earlier release of the Funds’ NAVs and contract notes. 2) The NAV release time will change to 2.00 a.m. (Irish time) and 3) the release of contract notes following subscription and redemption requests will be by 4.00 a.m. (Irish time)
