Notice to Shareholders from ROBECO INST AM (LU) - 10/04/2025
We refer to the notification letter from ROBECO INST AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. FUND REDENOMINATION.
Effective from 07/05/2025, the Fund ROBECO SDG CREDIT INCOME will be renamed as ROBECO CREDIT INCOME.
Affected ISIN code/s and resulting denomination/s as follows:
• LU2066015665 ROBECO CREDIT INCOME "BXH" (HKDHDG) INC
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 07/05/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU2066015665 ROBECO SDG CREDIT INCOME "BXH" (HKDHDG) INC
Removal of references to sustainability-linked bonds.Under “Appendix I – Information per Sub-fund” and “Appendix VIII – Sustainability Disclosures per Sub-fund”, all references to sustainability-linked bonds will be removed.As these bonds are not assessed within Robeco’s ESG Bond Frameworks, all references to sustainability-linked bonds will be removed from the Prospectus to ensure clarity and alignment with our established frameworks.
3. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 07/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU2066015665 ROBECO SDG CREDIT INCOME "BXH" (HKDHDG) INC
ESG:Specification of Robeco Levels of Exclusion for all Sub-funds classified under Article 8 or Article 9 of SFDR. The Robeco level of exclusion is specified for each Sub-fund, either Level 1 or Level 2.The differences between Robeco’s exclusion levels are described in Robeco’s Exclusion policy.The disclosures will be amended to specify which level of exclusion applies to each Sub-fund.Addition of environmental/social characteristic, sustainability indicator, and binding element in the SFDR pre-contractual disclosures for several Sub-funds on adherence to the exclusion criteria from the Paris-aligned Benchmarks and from the Climate Transition Benchmark.
