We refer to the notification letter from RUSSELL INV LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 26/01/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- IE00B3BFJY14 ACADIAN EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY UCITS "A" (USD) ACC A
- IE00BKKJHX87 ACADIAN EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY UCITS II "J" (EUR) ACC
- IE00BH7Y8M10 ACADIAN EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY UCITS II "D" (GBP) ACC
The sections of the Prospectus describing how indices are used by each of the Funds has been amended;Previously, each of the Funds stated that it may invest outside of the relevant reference index, albeit that the Prospectus included non-binding target sector/industry and country weighting deviation limits of +/-8% and +/-6% respectively. These targets have now been removed and instead the disclosure provides that while Acadian retains discretion to invest outside the relevant index, a new non-binding target constraint is included the stock level, where it states that positions are not expected to exceed +/-2.5% relative to the index
