Notice to Shareholders from T ROWE PRICE GLOBAL INV SERVICES LTD (LU) - 04/11/2024
We refer to the notification letter from T ROWE PRICE GLOBAL INV SERVICES LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 01/01/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• LU0133096635 T ROWE PRICE US SMALLER COMPANIES EQUITY "A" ACC
In view of the increasing use of electronic media and in an effort to conserve the environment, the Management Company has decided to disseminate the English audited annual reports in respect of the preceding financial year of the Company and English unaudited semi-annual reports of the Company to Hong Kong shareholders electronically ("E-Dissemination Arrangement"). Notwithstanding the E-Dissemination Arrangement, Hong Kong shareholders will receive a letter by post on the availability of the Financial Reports and the website where such document may be accessed, rather than being sent a physical copy (i.e. printed or electronic) of such report.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 01/01/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU0133096635 T ROWE PRICE US SMALLER COMPANIES EQUITY "A" ACC
With effect from 1 January 2025, the net asset value per share in respect of each Sub-Fund will be published on each Hong Kong Business Day at https://www.troweprice.com/en/hk/home in English and Chinese. The net asset value per share in respect of each Sub-Fund will no longer be published in the South China Morning Post and Hong Kong Economic Times. Also from 1 January 2025, whenever the Company declares such a suspension, it shall, as soon as practicable after such declaration and at least once a month during the period of such suspension, publish a notice at the Web above in English and Chinese.
