Notice to Shareholders from UBP AM (EUROPE) (LU) - 15/4/2026
We refer to the notification letter from UBP AM (EUROPE) (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 16/04/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2051741689 UBAM GLOBAL HIGH YIELD SOLUTION EXTENDED DURATION IDM USD
- LU2051741416 UBAM GLOBAL HIGH YIELD SOLUTION EXTENDED DURATION "IC" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 10/05/2026.
These amendments implement Directive (EU) 2024/927 on liquidity management, as transposed into Luxembourg law. Management Companies may apply liquidity management tools to Sub-Funds. Standard tools include redemption gates, swing pricing, and extended notice periods. In exceptional circumstances, dealing may be suspended or redemptions satisfied in kind, in accordance with the Prospectus and applicable law.
2. SWING PRICING.
Effective from 16/04/2026, the following fund/s will be implementing a swing pricing policy as a mechanism to enhance the protection offered to shareholders from the impact of dilution caused by large shareholder activity:
- LU2051741689 UBAM GLOBAL HIGH YIELD SOLUTION EXTENDED DURATION IDM USD
- LU2051741416 UBAM GLOBAL HIGH YIELD SOLUTION EXTENDED DURATION "IC" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 10/05/2026.
