Notice to Shareholders from UBS AM (LU) - 10/3/2026
We refer to the notification letter from UBS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 10/04/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU0942090050 UBS (LUX) EQUITY SICAV - US TOTAL YIELD (USD) "P" (USD) INC
- LU0868494617 UBS (LUX) EQUITY SICAV - US TOTAL YIELD (USD) "P" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 09/04/2026.
Please be informed that the information on the Company's Board of Directors, the Management Company's Board of Directors, and the Management Company's Executives will be updated to reflect their current composition. ESG integration wording is fully replaced to describe how financially material ESG risks and opportunities are assessed. References to the former Sustainability Exclusion Policy and Global Stewardship Policy are replaced with UBS AM’s updated Exclusions and Stewardship. Updates to share‑class descriptions: minimum‑investment rules and eligibility criteria for K‑1, I‑A2, I‑A3 and I‑A4 share classes. These clarifications do not affect investor eligibility.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 10/04/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU0868494617 UBS (LUX) EQUITY SICAV - US TOTAL YIELD (USD) "P" (USD) ACC
- LU0942090050 UBS (LUX) EQUITY SICAV - US TOTAL YIELD (USD) "P" (USD) INC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 09/04/2026.
ESG: SFDR updates clarify use of weighted‑average ESG scores for sustainability characteristics. No impact on investment universe.
