Notice to Shareholders from UBS AM (LU) - 11/2/2026
We refer to the notification letter from UBS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 10/03/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- LU0464244333 UBS (LUX) BOND FUND ASIA FLEXIBLE (USD) "P" ACC
The prospectus will be updated: a) UBS Asset Management internal classification as “ESG integration funds” and “Sustainability Focus Funds” shall no longer be disclosed; b) the ESG integration is driven by considering financially material ESG factors as part of the investment process; c) The reference to the “Sustainability Exclusion Policy” shall be replaced with “UBS Asset Management Approach to Exclusions”; d) The reference to the “Global Stewardship Policy” shall be replaced with “UBS Asset Management Approach to Stewardship”.
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 09/03/2026.
Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 10/03/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU0464244333 UBS (LUX) BOND FUND ASIA FLEXIBLE (USD) "P" ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 09/03/2026.
ESG: Sustainability risks are integrated in the investment strategy by identifying financially material factors that can impact investment decisions, which may affect the instruments’ financial performance and investment returns. The SFDR annex will be amended to include several changes that are of clarification nature and aim to provide more transparency.
