Notice to Shareholders from UBS AM (LU) - 14/01/2025
We refer to the notification letter from UBS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 13/02/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU0464244333 UBS (LUX) BOND FUND ASIA FLEXIBLE (USD) "P" ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 12/02/2025.
Please be informed about the following changes:
1) Internal restructuring of certain businesses within UBS’ Asset Management Division;
2) All references throughout the prospectus are changed from UBS ESG consensus score to UBS Blended ESG Score;
3) Inclusion of additional non-business days;
2. CHANGE IN THE DEALING CUT OFF TIME.
Effective from 13/02/2025, the following funds will be changing its official subscriptions and redemptions cut off time to 13:00CET(D).
• LU0464244333 UBS (LUX) BOND FUND ASIA FLEXIBLE (USD) "P" ACC
Please note that this change may not have an impact in Allfunds Bank internal cut off time.
3. CHANGE IN SETTLEMENT CYCLE.
Effective from 13/02/2025, the following funds will be changing its subscriptions and redemptions settlement cycle to 3.
• LU0464244333 UBS (LUX) BOND FUND ASIA FLEXIBLE (USD) "P" ACC
