In the context of the issuance of CSSF Circular 24/856 on the protection of investors in the event of errors in the calculation of the NAV, which will come into force on 1/01/2025, the Board of Directors draws the attention of shareholders to the fact that, in the case of subscription through financial intermediaries, it is not always possible to indemnify shareholders in the event of errors in the calculation of the net asset value and/or non-compliance with the investment rules and/or other errors at the level of the Company. The information will be included in the next updated version of the Sales Prospectus of the Company.
