Notice to Shareholders from UBS AM (LU) - 9/10/2026
We refer to the notification letter from UBS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 15/10/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU3221872891 UBS (LUX) MONEY MARKET FUND - USD "P" (AUDHDG) ACC
ESG: The ESG integration wording and the disclosure on how sustainability risks are incorporated into the investment strategy are updated. Financially material ESG factors will be considered through qualitative assessments and quantitative data. The amendments do not change the investment universe, portfolio composition or exclusions applied.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 15/10/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU3221872891 UBS (LUX) MONEY MARKET FUND - USD "P" (AUDHDG) ACC
The prospectus is updated to reflect the current board and management composition; revised terminology and service descriptions for the UCI administrator; updated independent auditor details; the management company’s previously notified name change; revised legal disclosures; updated exclusions terminology, K-1 eligibility wording, rebate provisions, ESG risk disclosures and SFDR annex information. The K-1 changes are clarifications and do not affect current eligibility.
