We refer to the notification letter from UBS (IRL) INVESTOR SELECTION PLC (IE) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT COMPANY.


Effective from 01/03/2026, UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. will be the new Management Company of the following fund/s:

  • UBS (IRL) FUND PLC
    ‍

Affected ISIN code/s as follows:

  • ‍IE00BWWCPQ85 UBS (IRL) SELECT MONEY MARKET USD "P" (USD) INC
  • IE00BWWCR731 UBS (IRL) SELECT MONEY MARKET EUR "P" (EUR) ACC
  • IE00BWWCPZ76 UBS (IRL) SELECT MONEY MARKET USD "P" (USD) ACC

It is proposed that UBS Fund Management (Ireland) Limited ("UBS FMI") be merged into UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. (“UBS AME”) so that UBS AME will acquire all of the assets, liabilities, rights, obligations and other legal relationships of UBS FMI by operation of law and universal succession of title (the “Merger”). On effect of the Merger, UBS FMI will be dissolved (without going into liquidation) and will cease to exist and its shares shall be cancelled.
