We refer to the notification letter from WAYSTONE MANAGEMENT COMPANY LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 30/04/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• IE00BYQD3H88 MONTLAKE ORIEL UCITS PLARFORM ICAV - P/E FX STRATEGY "PLT" (USD) ACC
It is proposed to update the Performance Fee calculation methodology in respect of the Fund to take account of the Performance Fee accrued in respect of the applicable Share Class during the relevant Calculation Period. It is also proposed to update the methodology such that the calculation will be adjusted for any subscriptions or redemptions during the Calculation Period. The worked example in this regard will also be updated.
