The Unique Business Identifier (UBI) system has been implemented (effective from 12 January 2024)
The Company Registry of Hong Kong has implemented the Unique Business Identifier (UBI) system for all entities under the administration of the Registrar of Companies on 27 December 2023.
Following the implementation, Endowus HK Limited Business Registration Number (71285259) shall replace the Company Number (2884879) with immediate effect.
The Company Number indicated in the Terms & Conditions are hence updated accordingly. No other clause in the Terms & Conditions has been revised.

唯一業務識別碼（UBI）系統已經實施（生效日期2024年1月12日）
香港公司註冊處已於2023年12月27日為公司註冊處處長規管下的所有實體實施唯一業務識別碼（UBI）系統。
實施後，Endowus HK Limited商業登記號碼（71285259）將取代公司編號（2884879），並即時生效。
除條款及細則中所示之公司編號亦因此相應更新外，其他條款保持不變。
