Benedict Khong
Benedict Khong is the Head of Operations at Endowus, Asia's leading digital wealth platform.
Benedict leads the operations of Endowus across Singapore and Hong Kong, spanning the platform's investment and client operations. He is reimagining how a modern wealth platform operates - embedding AI and automation across investment operations, client servicing, and internal workflows and enabling the platform to scale efficiently while raising the bar on client experience.
He brings over 13 years of experience across fintech, payments, and data analytics. Prior to Endowus, he was General Manager of YouBiz, YouTrip's corporate card and spend management platform for businesses, where he led the business unit and drove strategic partnerships including its collaboration with TikTok for Business. Before that, he built payment solutions for TikTok Shop across Southeast Asia, and data products and solutions at Amazon Web Services. Benedict also spent four years at Funding Societies, Southeast Asia's largest SME digital financing platform, where he helped grow the business from Series A to Series C.
Benedict holds a BSc in Economics from University College London.
