Clarissa leads the People function, and is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy at Endowus. With over 15 years of experience, her extensive HR career spans various industries including big tech, listed companies, and boutique firms across the APAC region. Prior to Endowus, she partnered with regional and global leaders to build strong organisations through effective organisational design, succession planning, and fostering diversity & inclusion. Her previous roles include regional HR leadership positions at Google and Salesforce, where she supported rapid growth and regional expansion.
