About the Speakers
Jenny Lee, ex-Chief Commercial Officer, HSBC Zing
Jenny is a fintech leader with over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and commercializing digital products across Asia and beyond. Most recently, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at HSBC-backed Zing, where she led the 0–1 launch of its international payments app. Previously, she was Chief Product Officer and Head of Growth at WeLab, driving product development and innovation, strategic partnerships, international expansion, and fundraising initiatives.
Today, Jenny advises fintechs, banks, and startups on product innovation, customer experience, and growth strategy, drawing on her expertise in customer-centric, product-led growth. She is passionate about creating and scaling products that solve meaningful customer problems, and has been recognized as a fintech leader on Innovate Finance’s Women in Fintech Powerlist and Forbes 30 Under 30.
Nick Wong, Founder, Turoid
Nick is the founder of Turoid, a Hong Kong–based fintech startup developing Wealth Pilot, an AI-driven platform that helps wealth managers consolidate client portfolios, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights with speed and accuracy. His mission is to apply AI and automation to transform the way financial institutions manage data and serve clients.
Nick began his career at Macquarie Asset Management, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers, where he built a solid foundation in global investments. He went on to build Altive, taking the firm from inception to over US$1 billion in assets under management, and later led the commercialisation of Apoidea, where he created AI solutions adopted by leading banks. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of both the operational challenges in finance and the transformative potential of AI.
With a strong background in asset management, alternative investments, and AI commercialisation, Nick bridges the worlds of finance and technology, focusing on how AI can reshape wealth management and private markets to be smarter, faster, and more human-centric.
Steffanie Yuen, Managing Director, Head of Hong Kong, Endowus
Steffanie Yuen is the Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong at Endowus.
Before joining Endowus, Steffanie was Managing Director at Value Partners. Prior to Value Partners, she was the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Director at Alibaba's fintech affiliate Ant Group, where she was responsible for driving strategic collaborations and partnerships with international financial institutions and Ant's overseas e-wallet partners.
Steffanie started her career in the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank and Barclays in Hong Kong and holds a BS in Finance and Accounting degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
She was selected into the Financial Leaders Programme in 2023 organized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and is currently a Board Director of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong. She is also the Hong Kong chapter lead for 100WFintech, the global visibility initiative by 100 Women in Finance aimed at elevating the public profiles of senior female leaders in FinTech and enhancing their connectivity within the FinTech ecosystem.
