Gregory Van, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Endowus

Gregory Van is the Chief Executive Officer of Endowus, Asia’s leading digital wealth platform. Endowus’ mission is to democratise wealth management for all and empower everyone to invest better to live easier today, and better tomorrow. 

As CEO, Greg is responsible for driving the company’s growth and strategic execution. He began his career in investment banking at UBS, advising and fundraising for private equity and venture capital firms in the Asia Pacific region. Greg then joined Grab in its early days and was part of the pioneer team that launched the firm’s digital payments services across Southeast Asia.

Today, Greg is leveraging his unique expertise at the intersection of finance and technology to empower all investors with greater access to expert advice and institutional-quality products at low, fair fees – leveraging technology to do this at scale.

Samuel Rhee, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer, Endowus

Samuel Rhee is Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Endowus, Asia’s leading digital wealth platform, and is a co-founder of the company. He is the former CEO and CIO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management in Asia, with three decades of institutional investing experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, and London. 

Today, Sam heads the Endowus Group Investment Office and ensures every client has greater access to holistic portfolios that are thoughtfully designed to meet their specific wealth goals. He is responsible for the company’s asset allocation and investment selection across all offerings, with a vision to provide individual investors with the same knowledge, resources, and products traditionally only made available to institutional investors, at a low, fair fee. 

Against this backdrop, Sam passionately advocates for greater financial literacy, time-tested and evidence-based advice, lower costs, the industry elimination of hidden fees, and a corporate culture that puts the client’s needs first. Steffanie Yuen, Head of Hong Kong, Endowus

Steffanie Yuen is the Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong at Endowus, a leading digital wealth platform in Asia. 

Steffanie is responsible for establishing and leading Endowus’ presence in Hong Kong, Endowus’ first regional expansion. This includes positioning Endowus as an essential partner for wealth planning and boosting retirement adequacy in Hong Kong. ‍

Before joining Endowus, Steffanie was Managing Director at Value Partners and was responsible for leading the Group's Direct Distribution, Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations functions, as well as other key strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Value Partners, she was the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Director at Alibaba's fintech affiliate Ant Group, where she was responsible for driving strategic collaborations and partnerships with international financial institutions and Ant's overseas e-wallet partners, which together serves over 1.2 billion annual active users globally.

Steffanie was selected into the Financial Leaders Programme in 2023 organized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. She also currently serves as Co-Chair of the WealthTech and InvestTech Committee of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.

Sin Ting So, Chief Client Officer, Endowus

Sin Ting So is Chief Client Officer at Endowus, Asia’s leading digital wealth platform. 

Sin Ting brings over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry at leading banks across Hong Kong and Singapore, including Morgan Stanley and Nomura.

Sin Ting wants to make the best of investing accessible to everyone and to bring Best-In-Class investment products and solutions to retail and accredited investors at scale through Endowus. In her current role, she leverages her extensive wealth management experience to deliver a client-first hybrid investing experience through an intuitive digital platform and efficient, multi-channel advisory support.  She believes Endowus plays an important role in empowering people with the right financial knowledge, to help them overcome misinformation, choice overload, and decision paralysis in the world of investing.
