A comprehensive retirement and legacy blueprint extends beyond wealth accumulation; it is about retaining control over your lifestyle across every stage of life and ensuring a seamless transfer of your assets and intentions to the next generation.
With the recent implementation of Hong Kong's Advance Directive Ordinance, what are the profound implications of this legislation for individual and family planning? How can we proactively prepare for retirement using key legal instruments, such as Wills, EPOA (Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives), alongside wealth management strategies to establish a clear, long-term trajectory?
We are pleased to feature insights from Dr. Keith Hariman, Managing Director at OT&P Healthcare; Ryanne Lai, Co-founder of ForeverGift.hk and Five Blessings Centre; and Janet Hung, Head of Client Advisory Hong Kong at Endowus. Together, our panel of experts will explore this subject from clinical, legal, and wealth management perspectives to help you navigate late-life planning and intergenerational legacy transfer with complete peace of mind.
