Feature 1: Top-up instantly with eDDA (Electronic Direct Debit Authorisation

We are excited to introduce eDDA (Electronic Direct Debit Authorization) as a third method, besides FPS and bank transfer to fund your investments seamlessly on Endowus.

You can establish eDDA and initiate a single transfer of funds into your Endowus account with a simple tap on the app.

Our eDDA service supports the most popular banks in Hong Kong, such as HSBC, Hang Seng, Citibank, Standard Chartered, Bank of China and more.

Feature 2: Transfer your fund holdings to Endowus

Feature 3: Auto-forward your monthly statements

For our clients who work in financial institutions required to share monthly statements to compliance teams, you can now set up an auto-forwarding instruction in-app.

Only with a few steps, you can now have it hassle free and automatically forward your password-protected monthly statements to up to 3 other designated email addresses every month.

Feature 4: Traditional Chinese Interface

We have made Traditional Chinese available on both our mobile app and web platform. You can now select Traditional Chinese as your preferred language when using the Endowus platform. 

You can configure this on the Preferences page. The language you select will also be shown on the communications you will get from us (both transactional and marketing emails).
