We refer to the notification letter from E FUND MGMT (HONG KONG)CO LTD (HK) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 01/08/2024, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• HK0000467347 E FUND (HK) SHORT-DURATION BOND "I" (HKD) ACC
For the 6-month period commencing from the Effective Date, the ongoing charges figure for each class of Units of the Sub-Fund will be capped at the updated level as disclosed in the revised product key facts statement of the Sub-Fund, and any ongoing expenses exceeding the disclosed level during this period will be borne by the Manager and will not be charged to the relevant class of the Sub-Fund. This capped figure will be reviewed prior to the end of the 6-month period, and if there is any change to such capped figure, investors will be given at least one month's prior written notice.
