Caution of impersonation Whatsapp scams
It has recently come to our attention that unauthorised individuals or entities have been impersonating as client advisors of Endowus HK Limited (“ Endowus”) and inviting people to join a WhatsApp group for sharing stock tips and investment strategies. To clarify, Endowus does not send text messages to clients to join WhatsApp groups for such purposes and any investment transactions will only be carried out via the Endowus platform. Endowus has since reported such cases to the law enforcement authorities.
Please be cautious of fraudsters and avoid sharing your personal information or conduct any investment related transactions through such suspicious channels or platforms. If you have been approached by any individuals or entities claiming to represent Endowus for investment activities or if you have any doubts on their affiliation with Endowus, please immediately reach out to us to verify their authenticity by contacting us via our hotline (852) 2319 4672 or by sending an email to support.hk@endowus.com.
If you suspect you may be scammed and therefore suffered any financial loss, please report to the Hong Kong Police promptly.
提防偽冒WhatsApp 詐騙
我們最近發現有未經許可的個人或機構冒充 Endowus HK Limited (「Endowus」)的理財顧問，並邀請他人加入一個 WhatsApp 群組，以分享股票貼士及投資策略。我們重申Endowus 不會發送文字訊息給客戶以邀請加入 WhatsApp 群組，而所有投資交易均只會透過 Endowus 平台進行。Endowus已向有機執法機關舉報。
請小心提防騙徒，避免透過此類可疑平台分享您的個人資料或進行任何交易。如果有任何聲稱代表 Endowus 進行投資活動的個人或機構與您聯繫，或您對他們與 Endowus 的關係有懷疑，請即通過熱線電話 (852) 2319 4672 或發送電子郵件至 support.hk@endowus.com 與我們聯繫，以核實其真偽。
