1. SWING PRICING.

Effective from 26/05/2026, the following fund/s will be implementing a swing pricing policy as a mechanism to enhance the protection offered to shareholders from the impact of dilution caused by large shareholder activity:

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 25/05/2026.

2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.

Effective from 26/05/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

• LU1508157978 BSF BLACKROCK SYSTEMATIC ASIA PACIFIC EQUITY ABSOLUTE RETURN "A" (USD) ACC

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 25/05/2026.

In accordance with the upcoming implementation of UCITS VI, the Management Company has elected to apply (i) redemption gates, and (ii) swing pricing, as the selected LMTs. Accordingly, a new section called “Liquidity Management Tools” has been inserted as part of Appendix D in the Prospectus. Investors are invited to refer to the updated Prospectus that was issued by the Board. In response to evolving regulatory expectations, BlackRock has updated its "Good Governance" and "Do No Significant Harm" methodologies applicable to Funds classified under Articles 8 and 9 under the meaning of the SFDR.
