About this role, responsibilities & ownership
You will be supporting marketing communication and client acquisition efforts of Endowus Hong Kong:
- Build, shape and grow the Endowus Hong Kong business in-line with our mission and values
- Support in all bilingual marketing and client activities which include but not limited to B2B/B2C in-person or virtual streaming events, channel content development (e.g., UX and marketing copies on Endowus app, platform, website, social media, PR and blog), and brand campaigns that is consistent with company’s tone of voice
- Support in conceptualising, planning and executing of Endowus or Partner hosted in—person events and webinars
- Support in researching finance & technology industry trends, and compiling of competitors’ strategy and executions to gather learnings and develop best practices
- Work effectively across internal teams including client advisory, product, product ops Investment Office, etc. in the execution of events and activities
- Assist the team in other tasks to meet our KPIs as required.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business, Arts & Social Science, or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command in Chinese language copywriting
- A keen learner, with strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Organised, and meticulous with good time management skills, a strong sense of ownership and great attention to detail
- Experience in using design software, knowledge and interest in personal finance and investing topics will be a plus
You will be reporting directly to Content Lead with local matrix reporting to Head of Brand Marketing in Hong Kong.
