In partnership with Intellect, a Singapore-based mental health and wellbeing support platform, the Wealth & Wellbeing Report delves into the strategies Gen Z and Millennial working professionals in Singapore and Hong Kong plan to adopt to enhance their financial preparedness, and how employers have a crucial role to play in this endeavour.
The study looks at three personal factors of mental wellbeing across 1,000* respondents: Growth Mindset, Resilience, Self Esteem — and in turn, how these affect workplace wellbeing dimensions of Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention.
This report also offers employers valuable insights into the intricate ties between employees’ financial wellbeing and the effect it has on job satisfaction, productivity, and staff turnover.

*Endowus and Intellect engaged Milieu Insight to conduct the study from May to June 2024, surveying 1,000 respondents across Singapore and Hong Kong (n=500 in each market). Surveyed respondents ranged from Gen Z (23 – 27 years old) to Millennials (28 – 43 years old) who are currently employed, with an even split between genders. 95% of total respondents are in white collar professions.
