About this role, responsibilities & ownership

As the Brand Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns and partnerships that establish Endowus as the market leader in digital wealth management in Singapore and Hong Kong. You’ll be at the forefront of building brand relevance and differentiation that leads to increased penetration and loyalty— all through shaping and influencing product campaigns, events, content, strategic partnerships and many other touchpoints.

This is a full-time maternity cover role based in Singapore, with a contract duration of 7 months. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including those based in other markets.

What You’ll Own and Drive

  • Build Integrated Product Marketing Campaigns – Own and orchestrate multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media to build awareness for Endowus and drive adoption of Endowus’ investment solutions— doing this in collaboration with multifunctional teams like Content, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams.
  • Drive Partner Marketing & Co-Branded Campaigns – Collaborate with fund managers to create and execute co-marketing initiatives that bring mutual value, amplify awareness of their solutions on our platform, and build brand trust.
  • Spearhead Flagship Events & Thought Leadership Platforms – Support the end-to-end planning and execution of Endowus’ marquee events such as the Endowus Wealth Summit and Symposium, as well as thought leadership platforms such as webinars—from concept building to content development to sponsorship acquisition and on-ground delivery.
  • Develop and Manage Strategic Partner Relationships – Build and maintain strong marketing relationships with key fund manager partners—ensuring alignment on marketing goals, exploring joint opportunities, and driving long-term collaboration that enhances Endowus’ investment offerings and brand equity.
  • Ensure Brand Excellence, Optimise for Performance – Uphold brand consistency and creative quality across all touchpoints, while collaborating closely with performance marketing and growth marketing teams to continually optimise ROI.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience– A bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing, ideally in tech or financial services.
  • Expertise– Proven ability to build and execute product GTM plans and integrated campaigns that distill sophisticated products into clear, consumer-relevant benefits and drive measurable results and competitive advantage.
  • Event & Partnership Leadership Strong track record of planning and managing large-scale events and developing impactful partnerships with external stakeholders, ideally fund managers.
  • Consumer-First Mindset – Always obsessed with data, consumers and immersed in shifting consumer behaviours, intimately understanding current needs and curious about future expectations.
  • Strategic Thinking & Creativity – You balance data-driven decision-making with bold creativity to build a brand that stands out.
  • Strong Digital Know-How – You’re well-versed in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ownership & Agility – You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across cross-functional and remote teams in a fast-paced environment. You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Investing & WealthTech – You have a keen interest in personal finance and investing, and you’re excited to make a real difference in how people grow their wealth.
