Role & Responsibilities
- People Management: Lead the client-facing operations team, including coaching, mentoring, and career development. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Leadership and Strategy: Provide direction by understanding the basics and creating a detailed plan to achieve the team's vision. Collaborate with the team to solve problems and meet objectives.
- Team Development: Manage and efficiently use your team and technology resources to meet team and company goals. Work closely with other teams as necessary.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery. Adopt best practices to enhance workflows.
- Risk Management: Evaluate current operations for risks and develop plans to manage those risks in collaboration with the Head of Operations.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for major client issues, ensuring high service and satisfaction levels. Maintain regular communication with clients to meet their needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Investment Office, and Client Advisory teams to ensure excellent service. Share client feedback with relevant teams.
- Process Improvement: Lead projects to improve client service and satisfaction, including planning, setting deadlines, and coordinating with teams. Report progress to leadership.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze client satisfaction, retention, and engagement data. Identify trends and develop strategies to improve performance.
Skills Required
- At least 5 years, with 2-3 years in team building and development. Startup experience is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent in communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Customer Focus: Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Cross-Functional Knowledge: Understanding of product cycles and collaboration with tech for growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in operational tools and software for process improvement.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
