About this role, responsibilities & ownership
- Provide advice and support to the business with interpretation and application of regulatory requirements for financial advisors and fund managers, including in relation to marketing, outsourcing, investor suitability and product due diligence
- Stay up to date and ensure compliance with regulatory changes
- Coordinate information gathering for audit / regulatory reporting / inspections
- Perform representatives licensing application and maintenance
- Perform customer due diligence and transaction monitoring for AML/CFT purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience in similar roles in FIs or other fintech (less experienced candidates will be considered at Associate level)
- Working knowledge and experience in similar role
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and proactively take ownership
