Samuel Rhee is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Endowus, Asia’s leading digital wealth platform. He is the former CEO and CIO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management in Asia, with nearly three decades of institutional investing experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, and London.

Today, Sam heads the Endowus Group Investment Office and ensures every client has greater access to holistic portfolios that are thoughtfully designed to meet their specific wealth goals. He is responsible for the company’s asset allocation and investment selection across all offerings, with a vision to provide individual investors with the same knowledge, resources, and products traditionally only made available to institutional investors, at a low, fair fee. David Booth
Founder & Chairman at Dimensional Fund Advisors

David Booth is Chairman of Dimensional Fund Advisors, a firm he founded in 1981. Under David’s leadership, Dimensional has grown from a fledgling business operating out of the spare room of his Brooklyn brownstone apartment to a global investment manager with more than 1,500 employees and $739 billion (USD) in assets under management. David led Dimensional as CEO and later Co-CEO until 2017, when he stepped back from the daily management of the firm. He remains closely involved in strategic initiatives at Dimensional.

A trailblazer in the financial world, David helped create one of the world’s first index funds in the 1970s and launched the first passively managed small company strategy in the early ’80s. He has spent his career applying groundbreaking financial theory and research to the practical world of asset management, working closely with renowned academics to develop innovative investment strategies that he believed could outperform index funds, pioneering what would later be called factor investing.

Robert C. Merton, PhD
Nobel Laureate and Resident Scientist at Dimensional Fund Advisors

Professor Merton teaches at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and is University Professor Emeritus at Harvard University. He received the Alfred Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 1997 for a new method to determine the value of derivatives. He is Resident Scientist at Dimensional Holdings Inc.

Gerard K. O’Reilly
Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Dimensional Fund Advisors‍

Gerard O’Reilly serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Dimensional Fund Advisors LP and is a Dimensional Director. He was named Co-CEO in 2017 and has been with Dimensional since 2004. Along with Co-CEO Dave Butler, Gerard guides the firm’s vision and strategy through daily oversight of the company’s people and processes. As Co-CIO, he drives innovation across Dimensional’s investment offering with fellow Co-CIO Savina Rizova.

Since joining the firm, Gerard has been instrumental in the evolution of Dimensional’s systematic approach to creating and implementing investment solutions. He was formerly Head of Research, managing the firm’s rigorous, scientific approach to interpreting, testing, and applying research in portfolios. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Research Committee, which reviews potential investment strategy enhancements, and a member of the Investment Committee, which oversees portfolio and account management. He also serves on the Boards of Dimensional’s US mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.
