Terms and Conditions for Endowus Wealth Summit Lucky Draw

This is a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant”) and the Organizer establishing the terms and conditions under which you are entitled to participate in the lucky draw (the “Draw”).‍ You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to you. 

By participating in the Draw, you agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or as determined under its sole and absolute discretion. 

Otherwise, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please inform hello@events.endowus.com by 31 October 2026. If you have collected a prize but do not comply with the terms and conditions for the Draw, you will also be required to return the prize to Organiser.

  • Organizer
    The organizer of the Draw is Endowus Singapore Pte. Ltd.
  • Name of the Draw
    The name of the Draw is Endowus Wealth Summit Lucky Draw.
  • Date, Place and Time of the Draw
    The Draw will take place in the course of the Endowus Wealth Summit (the “Summit”) on 31 October 2026. The Summit will be held at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center,  Peony Ballroom, between 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm. The Draw will take place between 6.00 pm to 6.30 pm at the Summit d and the results of the Draw will be announced immediately.
  • Eligibility for the Draw
    To be eligible for the Draw, you must (i) have submitted your registration to attend the Summit (ii) hold a valid ticket to attend the Summit; (iii) register your attendance at the Summit in person by 3.00 pm; (iv) visited and scanned  at least 6 partner booth QR codes during the Summit before 5.00pm; (v) be physically present at the Summit for the announcement of the Draw; and (v) not be a speaker at the Summit, an employee of the Organizer or a sponsor of the Summit and/or their respective affiliates (an “Eligible Participant”). The Organiser’s decision as to eligibility for the Draw is final.
  • The Rules of the Draw
    • The Draw will comprise three (3) rounds.
      Each Eligible Participant is given one (1) chance to win a prize at each round of the Draw. However, if you received a prize at a prior round, you will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of the Draw.
    • After which, during each lucky draw round, one Eligible Participant will be selected at random to receive a prize (a “Winner”) by the Organiser using the Organiser’s and/or its service provider’s operating software. The Draw will be conducted by the Organiser and announced between 6.00 pm to 6.30 pm at the Summit.
    • If you are a Winner, you must immediately identify yourself to the Organiser by approaching the relevant representative of the Organiser. You must also furnish to the Organiser and/or its representative your ticket and your details (such as your name and email address) in order for the Organizer to verify your identity and communicate your selection to any third party sponsoring the prize. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize, and the Organiser may select another Eligible Participant based on the same methodology
    • The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Draw at its sole and absolute discretion.
  • Prizes
    • 1st Prize: iPhone 18 Pro 256GB (Worth SGD$1,899)
    • 2nd and 3rd Prize: 3D2N hotel with breakfast stays at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel (Worth SGD$899)*
      *Each winner will be entitled to a 3D2N stay for 2 guests at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, valid until 30 June 2027 and subject to blackout dates, change of dates restrictions etc. as stipulated by the hotel on the physical voucher. The winner needs to present the reservation email from the hotel and relevant identity documents for verification during the hotel check-in. The name stated on the reservation email has to match that of the person checking in. For any requests pertaining to your stay, winners have to contact the hotel directly. Please refer to the full list of restrictions and T&Cs stipulated by the hotel on the physical voucher. 
  • Personal Data
    By participating in the Draw, you agree that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Organizer and its authorised third parties for the following purposes: (i) processing and administering matters relating to the Draw, including communicating with you and/or any third parties sponsoring the prizes for purposes related to the Draw and the Organiser’s legal, operational and business needs; (ii) publication of the result of the Draw on the Organiser and/or its affiliate’s website; (iii) promotion or advertising purposes in relation to the Draw and/or Summit; (iv) to comply with any applicable law in relation to the conduct of the Draw; and/or (v) such other purposes as the Organiser may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which you have otherwise provided or have been deemed to have provided the Organiser with consent, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
  • ‍General Terms and Conditions
    The Organiser, its representatives and/or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in the Draw except where it is caused by the gross negligence of the Organiser, its representatives and/or agents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Organiser against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with your participation in the Draw. The terms and conditions of the Draw are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded. The terms and conditions of the Draw are governed by Singapore law and you agree to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
