AI is already well-integrated in many people's financial journeys, does that spell the end of human advice? This report looks at the relevance of AI and financial advisors in retirement planning. The findings point to a different threat: not AI versus human, but the lack of clarity that compounds regardless of who, or what, is giving the advice, without a plan to anchor it.
Methodology: This study was conducted via an online panel survey among mass affluent adults in Singapore and Hong Kong. A total of 1,000 respondents were surveyed, with 500 completes per market.
