The organizer of the Draw is Endowus Singapore Pte. Ltd.

The name of the Draw is Endowus WealthTech Conference Lucky Draw.

The Draw will take place in the course of Day 2 of the Endowus WealthTech Conference (the “Conference”). Day 2 of the Conference will be held at Conrad Centennial Singapore, between 9.30 am to 1.00 pm.

To be eligible for the Draw, you must (i) have submitted your registration to attend Day 2 of the Conference in person (ii) hold a valid ticket to attend the Day 2 of the Conference in person; (iii) be physically present at the Conference at the time of the Draw; and (iv) not an employee of the Organizer and/or its affiliates (an “Eligible Participant”).

The Draw will comprise of three (3) rounds to be held at separate times in the course of Day 2 of the Conference.
Each Eligible Participant is given one (1) chance to win a prize at each round of the Draw. However, if you received a prize at a prior round will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of the Draw.
During each round, one Eligible Participant will be selected at random to receive a prize (a “Winner”) by the Organiser using the Organiser’s operating software. The result of the round will immediately be shown on a digital screen and announced at the Conference.
If you are a Winner, you must immediately identify yourself to the Organiser by approaching the relevant representative of the Organiser. You must also furnish to the Organiser and/or its representative your ticket and your details (such as your name and email address) in order for the Organizer to verify your identity and communicate your selection to any third party sponsoring the prize. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize, and the Organiser may conduct select another Eligible Participant at random for the round.
The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Draw at its sole and absolute discretion.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilised, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and a Winner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes.

By participating in the Draw, you agree that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Organizer and its authorised third parties for the following purposes: (i) processing and administering matters relating to the Draw, including communicating with you and/or any third parties sponsoring the prizes for purposes related to the Draw and the Organiser’s legal, operational and business needs; (ii) publication of the result of the Draw on the Organiser and/or its affiliate’s website; (iii) promotion or advertising purposes in relation to the Draw and/or Conference; (iv) to comply with any applicable law in relation to the conduct of the Draw; and/or (v) such other purposes as the Organiser may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which you have otherwise provided or have been deemed to have provided the Organiser with consent, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

The Organiser, its representatives and/or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in the Draw except where it is caused by the gross negligence of the Organiser, its representatives and/or agents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Organiser against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with your participation in the Draw. The terms and conditions of the Draw are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded. The terms and conditions of the Draw are governed by Singapore law and you agree to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
