Endowus Marks SG60 with Six-Month Giving Campaign and Launch of Straits Times Index Focused Fund with Amundi
SINGAPORE, 31 JULY 2025 – In celebration of Singapore’s 60th year of independence, Endowus, Asia’s leading independent wealth advisor and investment platform, is bringing forward its annual Endowus Gives Back (EGB) initiative, extending the campaign to six months, from August 2025 to January 2026, in celebration of SG60.
Previously launched over the year-end festive season and now in its fifth edition, EGB 2025 is themed Invest In Our Home and supports SGSHARE, the national regular-giving programme under Community Chest, together with the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). Donations will benefit 15 charities across diverse causes, including arts & culture, education, healthcare, social services, and community welfare. (See Annex A for the full list of beneficiaries.)
In support of SG60’s SG Gives Matching Grant, selected charities will be eligible for government matching of up to S$250 million from 1 January 2025. By extending the EGB campaign period, Endowus aims to maximise participation and funding impact through this national initiative.
Jack Lim, Managing Director of Community Chest, said,“Endowus has gone beyond being a financial advisor and platform to become a true enabler of giving. By rallying its partners, clients, and corporate network through Endowus Gives Back, they are finding new ways to encourage generosity and demonstrate how corporations can integrate purpose into their business. As we celebrate SG60, Endowus shows how corporations can lead with heart, by building giving into their business model and play a meaningful role in building a more inclusive and caring Singapore.”
As part of its mission to promote wealth for good, Endowus is also inviting clients to donate their trailer fee rebates to EGB. Since inception, Endowus has returned over $18 million in trailer fee cashback to clients as part of the firm’s commitment to deliver conflict-free wealth management and recommend the most appropriate investment solutions to match their financial goals.
From 1 August 2025, Endowus will deploy digital giving machines across 27 locations islandwide. These will be located at selected MRT stations, Golden Village Cinemas, Raffles City Shopping Centre and 129 bus stops across six districts. (Refer to Annex C for the full list of locations).
To further scale EGB’s reach and impact, Endowus leveraged its influence to expand its network of partner sponsors. New sponsors to this year’s EGB include MoneySmart, Airwallex, and Azimut Investment Management Singapore, joining long-time supporters First Sentier Investors and ANAPI.
Said Samuel Rhee, “Wealth has the power to drive not just personal success, but also societal progress. As we mark SG60, Endowus Gives Back is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to invest in the future of our shared home by enabling our clients and partners to give with purpose and impact. Through greater democratisation of wealth management and charitable giving, we hope to empower a more inclusive and compassionate Singapore for generations to come.”
Since launching EGB in 2021, the programme has raised more than $300,000, supporting 45 charities. EGB continues to reflect the firm’s belief in harnessing capital for the greater good, to build a stronger foundation of compassion, inclusion and shared progress.
Building Wealth for Future Generations and Supporting Financial Empowerment - Endowus SG60 initiatives
To mark SG60, Endowus is also running a limited-time initiative offering investors $60 in Endowus fees to encourage people to start their first investment and build their wealth for their future. Investments made through Cash, CPF, and SRS on its platform by 10 August 2025 will qualify for the offer.
In addition, Amundi, the largest European asset manager and one of the world’s largest passive managers, partnered with Endowus to launch the Amundi Singapore Straits Times (the “Fund”) - the first unit-trust-based index fund tracking the Straits Times Index (STI) by a global asset manager, supporting the continued development and success of Singapore’s capital markets.
The Fund is available exclusively on the Endowus platform, and clients will continue to enjoy a 100% Cashback on trailer fees, as well as access it at a low, all-in-one fee at institutional share class. It offers a compelling option for investors to participate and grow alongside Singapore’s continued growth story.
