(iii) a trustee of a trust of which all property and rights of any kind whatsoever held on trust for the beneficiaries of the trust exceed S$10 million in value (or its equivalent in foreign currency);

(iv) an entity (other than a corporation) with net assets exceeding S$10 million in value (or its equivalent in foreign currency);
  • A corporation the sole business of which is to hold investments and the entire share capital of which is owned by one or more individuals, each of whom is an Accredited investor;
  • A trustee of a trust the sole purpose of which is to hold investments and each beneficiary of which is an individual who is an Accredited Investor; or
  • An officer or an equivalent person of the person making the offer (such person being any entity) or a spouse, parent, brother, sister, son or daughter of that officer or equivalent person; or
  • A spouse, parent, brother, sister, son or daughter of the person making the offer (such person being an individual).

About the Speakers

Sean Wong, Head of Investments at Endowus

Sean oversees Endowus’ advisory and investment solutions, and leads the investment office in optimising portfolio strategies and fund selection to drive growth. Sean also focuses on developing strategic relationships with fund management companies, broadening the range of investment solutions and market innovations in the sector.

Prior to his current role, Sean was an Executive Director in the Investment Management Services (IMS) team at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia, serving as their Head of Offerings. In this role, Sean was responsible for the identification, selection, due diligence, as well as sales and distribution of all fee-based products and discretionary portfolio offerings to the firms’ Wealth Management clients.

Sean has over 14 years of experience in the wealth management industry, having started his career with BBR Partners, LLC, where he focused on developing integrated investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Ashish Tiwari, Managing Director and Head of Alternative Partnerships Asia-Pacific at PIMCO
Mr. Tiwari is a managing director and head of alternative partnerships for the Asia-Pacific region. He also leads product strategy for PIMCO’s discretionary hedge fund business. Prior to his current role, he led the firm's client solutions and analytics efforts for the Americas and served as the lead product strategist for asset allocation and alternative risk premia strategies. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2008, Mr. Tiwari held roles in investment banking, product management, and engineering in the technology sector. He has 22 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Alice Lo, Senior Vice President and Head of Singapore Retail Business at PIMCO
Ms. Lo is a senior vice president in the Singapore office and head of the Singapore retail business. She focuses on building distribution partnerships with financial intermediaries in the region. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2016, she was with NN Investment Partners (formerly ING Investment Management) as a vice president and account manager in the Asia ex Japan wholesale business development group, responsible for client coverage across Singapore and Hong Kong. She has 17 years of investment and financial services experience and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance from the National University of Singapore.
