Terms & Conditions of Endowus World Cup 2026 Lucky Draw (the “Promotion”)
1. This Promotion is organised by Endowus Singapore Pte Ltd. (“Endowus” or the “Organiser”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this Promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to you.
In entering the Promotion or accepting a Lucky Draw Prize, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from receiving the incentive in the event that Endowus, in its absolute discretion, believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these terms and conditions and/or may bring Endowus into disrepute.
Who is eligible?
2. This Promotion is only open to individual account holders, and joint account holders (each, an “Eligible Participant”). For joint account holders, the Lucky Draw Prize will be awarded to the primary account holder only.
Nonetheless, Endowus shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the Promotion. Endowus reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole and absolute discretion.
What do I need to do to participate in the Promotion?
3. Each Eligible Participant is given a number of chances to win a prize (the “Lucky Draw Prize”) based on the following Qualifying Action(s) taken during the Promotion Period. The details are as follows:
“Promotion Period” begins from 00:00 on 8 June 2026 and ends on 23:59 on 7 July 2026, unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 13 below.
A "Qualifying Investment” refers to completing an investment order or multiple investment orders amounting to at least S$1,000 through your Endowus account, and it may be made using cash, CPF or SRS. To be eligible for the first Qualifying Investment, you must not have completed any investment order through your Endowus account prior to the Promotion Period.
A “Successful Referral” occurs when (i) an Eligible Participant (the “Referrer”) refers a new customer (the “Referee”) to open an account with Endowus using their personal referral link provided by Endowus AND (ii) the Referee invests a minimum of S$1,000 in any products offered by Endowus using that newly opened account during the Promotion Period. The Referee must not have previously opened an account with Endowus, or be in the process of opening an account with Endowus, prior to the referral by the Eligible Participant.
The Referee will earn Qualifying Chances based on the Qualifying Actions taken. There is no limit to the number of Qualifying Chances that an Eligible Participant may earn through Successful Referrals. For example, an Eligible Participant who signed up using “Singpass”, completed a first Qualifying Investment and made 2 Successful Referrals will get 26 Qualifying Chances.
Do note that a successful placement of an investment typically takes 3-5 business days to complete from the time you create and submit an investment order. Only successfully placed and completed placements of investment orders during the Promotion Period will be taken into account. When and what do I get from the Promotion?
4. 10 winners will be chosen by random draw (the “Lucky Draw”) using Endowus’ operating software on 10 Jul 2026 between 09:30 - 12:30 SGT. The Lucky Draw will take place at our office (158 Cecil St, #08-01, Singapore 069545) with a public accountant present. The result of the Lucky Draw will be published on the Endowus World Cup page by 17 Jul 2026 12:00 SGT.
Each winner will be entitled to a 3D2N soccer themed experience stay for 2 guests at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel on 18 - 20 Jul 2026. Guests will get to enjoy the match-night perks, themed amenities and exclusive dining privileges as offered under the hotel's Football Fever Getaway package, subject to availability and the hotel's terms. No change of check-in dates is permitted, and the winner needs to present the reservation email from the hotel and relevant identity documents for verification during the hotel check-in on 18 July 2026. The name stated on the reservation email has to match that of the person checking in. For any requests pertaining to hotel on-site arrangements, winners have to contact the hotel directly.
Winners will be informed via email and mobile number registered to the Endowus account by 10 July 2026. Winners who do not acknowledge the receipt of the notification email or message by 15 July 2026 10:00 SGT will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. Any prize left unclaimed will be forfeited and may be disposed of in any manner at the discretion of the Organiser. Personal details will be collected and shared with the hotel for identity verification purposes.
What else do I need to know?
5. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes. Endowus reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Endowus's control makes it necessary to do so.
6. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Organizer and its authorised third parties for the following purposes: (i) processing and administering matters relating to the Promotion, including communicating with you and/or any third parties sponsoring the prizes for purposes related to the Promotion and the Organiser’s legal, operational and business needs; (ii) publication of the result of the Promotion on the Organiser and/or its affiliate’s website; (iii) promotion or advertising purposes in relation to the Promotion ; (iv) to comply with any applicable law in relation to the conduct of the Promotion; and/or (v) such other purposes as the Organiser may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which you have otherwise provided or have been deemed to have provided the Organiser with consent, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7. The Organiser and its affiliates, as well as sponsors, agencies or other persons (including, without limitation, any external auditor(s) and advertising agencies) who are involved in organising the Promotion as determined by the Organiser, and the employees of such persons, shall not be eligible for the Promotion and shall not be considered Eligible Participants. The Organiser shall have absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the Promotion.
8. Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts or transactions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9. Endowus also reserves the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet our customer due diligence and client suitability requirements. Further, to avoid doubt, the use of our services are subject to the Endowus’ Terms and Conditions.
10. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify you if Endowus believes that there is any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.
11. The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. Endowus, its representatives and/or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in the Promotion except where it is caused by the gross negligence of Endowus its representatives and/or agents.
13. Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion of these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to you. Please contact support@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this Promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the Promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
14. By entering the Promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion and you shall be bound by, and all personal data submitted shall be subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures.
15. To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of and dealt with by the competent courts of Singapore.
