This promotion is organised by Endowus Singapore Pte Ltd. (“Endowus”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to you.
Endowus reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Endowus reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from receiving the incentive in the event that Endowus, in its absolute discretion, believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these terms and conditions and/or may bring Endowus into disrepute.
Who is eligible?
The promotion is only valid for new users who received the email titled "Get 3 months of Circles Life unlimited 5G data free worth $60.57!". Endowus shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the promotion.
“Promotion Period” begins from 00:00 on 1 December 2023 to 23:59 on 15 December 2023, unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 10 below.
What do I need to do to participate in the promotion
You must place an order or multiple orders for investment products on the Endowus platform amounting to at least S$1,000 during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Investment”). The Qualifying Investment can be made using any source of funding (i.e. cash, CPF or SRS).
When and what do I get from the promotion?
Upon completion of the Qualifying Investment, you will automatically receive an email notification with a promotion code by 22 December which shall be applied to your Circles Life account (“Reward”). The Reward will be valid for 12 months from the date of distribution of the code.
How do I apply the promotion code received via email to my Circles Life Account?
First, within the Circles Life mobile application, log into your profile, click onto "Account"
Then, click on "Apply promo code"
Finally, key in the promo code. If you are an existing subscriber of an unlimited 5G plan, the monthly bill of $20.19 will be waived for 3 months as you enjoy the benefit. If you are not an existing subscriber of the plan, you will enjoy 3 months worth of unlimited 5G plan.
What else do I need to know?
Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts or transactions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Further, to the maximum extent possible by law, Endowus will not be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with your participation in the promotion or use of the promotion code.
Endowus also reserves all rights under our agreements with you, includingour rights under the the Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures to decline to proceed with any investment order.
Endowus reserves the right to disqualify you if Endowus believes that there is any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.
The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
In entering the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to you. Please contact support@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
By participating in the promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotion and you shall be bound by, and all personal data submitted shall be subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures. You consent to and authorize Endowus to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to you, your name, address, personal details, contact details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of you for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).
Participation in the promotion and the use of the promotion code may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Circles Life (Liberty Wireless Pte Ltd), and you agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the promotion and the promotion code.
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of and dealt with by the competent courts of Singapore.
These Terms are without prejudice to any other rights that Endowus may have under any other agreement between you and Endowus, the Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures.
