Endowus Investment Office Monthly Fund Digest - Feb 2023 - new funds by Capital Group and T.Rowe Price

Keen on value stocks, growth plays, or long-term trends? This month, we’re excited to introduce three new funds on Fund Smart — one managed by T. Rowe Price and two by Capital Group.

The Global Value Equity Fund by T. Rowe Price invests in global equities across the value spectrum. In general, value stocks have been in favour of late, given the current market environment characterised by high inflation and elevated interest rates.

And if you’re looking to invest your Central Provident Fund (CPF) savings, consider the two Capital Group funds, which offer exposure to global equities. The New Economy Fund focuses on companies that are forward-thinking and fast-growing. The New Perspective Fund aims to capture opportunities generated by changes in international trade patterns as well as economic and political relationships.

Both Capital Group funds are now available for CPF Ordinary Account investments. This comes after we had introduced the cash and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) versions of the funds back in 2022.

Managed by Sebastien Mallet, an investment veteran with more than two decades of experience, the Global Value Equity Fund has achieved competitive risk-adjusted returns relative to its peers.
