About the session
As we head towards the end of the year, a lot of investors are taking stock of their portfolios and the decisions in the year. With recent interest rate cuts following a high-rate environment, the big question on everyoneâs mind is: âWhatâs next for my investments? How do I strategise my options for my cash savings?â
Fixed income has often been lauded as the "safe and steady" play for investors but the market continues to face uncertainty over the future rate path and global growth outlook. Some may be pondering their next moves in terms of how they can approach fixed income amid persistent market volatility.
In our upcoming webinar, weâll dive into a bond managerâs view on optimising your investment strategy for your long term savings. Join Min Axthelm, Head of Research, as she chats with Joyce Tan, Head of Fixed Income at UOB Asset Management, on spotting the opportunities in fixed income.
- Are bonds still attractive in the context of upcoming rate cuts?
- How should clients be positioning their portfolio(s) to step up from their cash products?
- Where are the fixed income opportunities across the risk-return spectrum?
