1. This corporate promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by ENDOW.US Pte Ltd. (“Endowus”). Each participant of the Promotion (“Participant”) is solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this Promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the Participant.

Endowus reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its discretion.

Endowus reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from receiving the incentive in the event that Endowus, in its absolute discretion, believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring Endowus into disrepute.

Who is eligible?

2. Participants must be existing members of Mothercare’s VIP program, and must be new to Endowus (i.e. Participant has not signed up for an Endowus account prior to the commencement of the Promotional Period (defined below)).

Endowus shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the Promotion.

What do I need to do to participate in the Promotion?

3. Participants must sign up for an Endowus account using the Mothercare promotional link and invest a minimum of S$1,000 in any Endowus product (a “Qualifying Investment'') before 23:59 on 27 February 2023 to be eligible for the Promotion.

4. The funding source for the Qualifying Investment can comprise Cash, SRS and/or CPF. 

5. The Qualifying Investment can comprise multiple transactions and/or portfolios, so long as the total value of the investments in the Participant’s Endowus account is at least S$1,000 before 23:59 on 27 February 2023.

How will I receive the reward?

6. A Mothercare voucher worth S$50 and an Endowus voucher entitling them to 20% off their Endowus Fee for 12 months will be awarded to qualifying Participants. 

Endowus will contact Participants who have qualified for the rewards by 10 March 2023 via email with instructions on how to claim the rewards. The Mothercare voucher is valid for use at Paragon Mothercare outlet, for a period of 1 year from the date of voucher issuance. Voucher will be valid from 1 Year from the date of issuance. Extension of validity date of voucher will not be entertained. The Mothercare voucher, including any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, or other denominations. No minimum spend is required and multiple vouchers can be combined per use. This voucher will not be accepted if tampered with, damages, defaced, expired or torn. In the event of any dispute, Mothercare Management reserves the right to make the final decision. All decisions made by the Management of Mothercare are final and non-negotiable.

The Endowus voucher entitling clients to 20% off their Endowus Fee will be automatically applied upon creation of the client’s Endowus account, and will be valid for 12 months from the date that the user first funds their account. 

When does the Promotion end?

7. The promotion period starts at 00:00 on 7 November 2022 and ends at 23:59 on 24 February 2023 (the “Promotional Period”) unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 14 below.

What else do I need to know?

8. Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts or transactions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

9. Endowus also reserves the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet our customer due diligence and client suitability requirements.

10. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that is suspected of any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.

11. For the avoidance of doubt, you are entitled to participate in other ongoing Endowus promotions addressed personally to you during the Promotional Period so long as you fulfil the stipulated conditions of that promotion. 

12. The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

13. In entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the incentive, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to Participants. Please contact support@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this Promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the Promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.

15. By entering into this Promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion and you shall be bound by, and all personal data submitted be subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures. You consent to and authorize Endowus to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to you, your name, address, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of you for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).

16. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of and dealt with by the competent courts of Singapore.
