1. This corporate promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by ENDOW.US Pte Ltd. (“Endowus”).
Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this Promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the participant.
Endowus reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from receiving the incentive in the event that Endowus, in its absolute discretion, believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring Endowus into disrepute.
Who is eligible?
2. Participants must be existing members of Singtel’s Prestige membership program, and are not existing clients of Endowus.
Endowus shall have absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the Promotion.
“Existing clients'' are defined as person(s) who have already created an account with Endowus, regardless of whether they have successfully invested any money through Endowus.
What do I need to do to participate in the Promotion?
3. Participants must invest a minimum of $1,000 in any Endowus product (a “Qualifying Investment '') before 23:59 on 14 October 2022 to be eligible for the Promotion.
4. The funding source for the investment can comprise Cash, SRS and/or CPF.
5. The investment sum can comprise multiple transactions and/or portfolios, so long as the invested amount in the participant’s Endowus account is at least $1,000 before 23:59 on 14 October 2022.
Participants must register for an Endowus account using the URL issued by Singtel
How will I receive the reward?
6. A choice of either a Grab Food voucher worth $50 or a NTUC E-Voucher worth $50 will be awarded to qualified participants. Participants will be given the option to select their desired reward during the registration process.
Endowus will contact qualified participants via their email address used to register on Endowus within 14 working days from the start of the following month that they have qualified for the reward.

The NTUC FairPrice E-Voucher is valid for use at participating NTUC FairPrice outlets, for a period of 1 year from the date of voucher issuance, following which it will expire and can no longer be used. For the terms and conditions of NTUC FairPrice E-vouchers, please contact NTUC FairPrice directly.
When does the Promotion end?
7. The Promotion period is from 00:00 on 9 September 2022 to 23:59 on 14 October 2022 unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 15 below.
What else do I need to know?
8. Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9. Endowus also reserves the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet our customer due diligence and client suitability requirements.
10. Endowus reserves the right to request for your Singtel Red Membership ID to validate the status of your Red Membership with Singtel.
11. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify any participant that is suspected of any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, you are able to participate in other ongoing Endowus promotions addressed personally to you during the Promotional Period so long as you fulfil the stipulated conditions to that promotion.
13. The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
14. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the incentive, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to participants. Please contact support@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this Promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the Promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
16.Endowus is not responsible for any unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful or unsuccessful redemption.
17. Nothing in these terms and conditions should be regarded as Endowus’ recommendation or endorsement of the quality of the products available on Grab. Endowus expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, status, or adequacy of such products. Any dispute arising from or relating to the products or services redeemed shall be settled between you and Grab and/or the supplier of the services/products. Endowus shall not be held liable for any claim arising from or relating to the services/ products or the redemption process.
18. By entering into this Promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion and is subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures. You consent to and authorise Endowus to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to you, your name, address, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of you for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).
19. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Singapore.
