1. This promotion is organised by Endowus Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Endowus”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to you.
Endowus reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Endowus reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from receiving the incentive in the event that Endowus, in its absolute discretion, believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these terms and conditions and/or may bring Endowus into disrepute.
Who is eligible?
2. The promotion is only valid for clients who have received the “Restart your journey with $50 on us” email invitation from Endowus. Endowus shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the promotion.
“Promotion Period” begins from 00:00 on 15 June 2023 and ends at 23:59 on 14 July 2023, unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 12 below.
What do I need to do to participate in the promotion
3. You must register your participation via the email link and successfully complete your onboarding before 23:59 26 June 2023 (“Registration Date”). Upon successful completion of your onboarding process, an email will be sent to inform you that your account is ready to invest. By registering for this promotion, you agree to and acknowledge that Endowus will create a Cash Smart Secure Goal in your personal Endowus account on your behalf to facilitate the issuance of the Promotional Award (defined below).
4. At the end of the Promotion Period, place your first investment order of at least S$1,000 (“Qualifying Investment”) using your personal Endowus account to keep the Promotional Award. The Qualifying Investment may be made using any or a combination of cash and/or SRS. CPF investments will not be eligible for this promotion.
When and what do I get from the promotion?
5. Upon successfully registering for the promotion via the email link and completing your onboarding by the Registration Date, you will automatically receive a S$50 cash reward (“Promotional Award”) by 00:00 30 June 2023.
The Promotional Award will be awarded in the form of a S$50 cash investment in Cash Smart Secure made through your Endowus account (the “Investment”). To process the Investment, Endowus will create a Cash Smart Secure Goal on your behalf. The number of units received pursuant to the Investment is determined by the net asset value of each unit in the Cash Smart Secure Portfolio (“Investment Units”) at the time the Promotional Award is processed. For the avoidance of doubt, Endowus retains absolute discretion as to the timing of processing of the Promotional Award. The value of the Investment Units received pursuant to the Investment may fluctuate during the period such Investment Units are held in your Endowus account (“Investment Holding Period”) and may fall below S$50. Endowus does not guarantee the value of the Promotional Award and/or the Investment Units during the Investment Holding Period whether as a result of price fluctuations or otherwise.
6. Please note that to keep the Promotional Award, a Qualifying Investment must have been made by the end of the Promotion Period as set out in paragraph 4 above.
What else do I need to know?
7. Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts or transactions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. Endowus also reserves the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet Endowus’ customer due diligence and client suitability requirements.
9. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify you if Endowus believes that there is any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.
10. The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. In entering the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as any subsequent amendments made thereto. Endowus reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to you. Please contact support@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the promotion impossible or not reasonably practicable. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control or pursuant to an amendment to the promotion or these terms and conditions.
13. By entering the promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotion and you shall be bound by, and all personal data submitted be shall subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures. You consent to and authorize Endowus to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to you, your name, address, personal details, contact details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of you for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).
14. To the extent permitted by law, these terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of and dealt with by the competent courts of Singapore.
