About the event

If you have ever been worried about your finances, you are not alone. Money matters are one of the leading reasons behind episodes of anxiety and depression. This also happens when your worth as an individual is unfairly measured by the amount of money you have.

When financial pressure builds up, how can you and I manage our mental health better?

In this special session, Endowus is proud to collaborate with Sabrina Ooi, Co-founder & CEO, Calm Collective Asia and Dr. Michelle Cheung, Senior Physician, Raffles Medical Group, as we break down the stigma of mental health through open conversations on the relationship between anxieties and your financial health. They are joined by Brandon Lee, Client Experience Lead of Endowus, with the session hosted by Jamie Lee, Head, Editorial & Content, at Endowus.

Be a part of this important conversation, as our speakers discuss more about:

  • What is mental health and what your money has to do with it
  • The current state of mental health in Singapore
  • Some habits to manage your mental health and improve financial wellness
  • Dealing with financial anxieties that arise from your investment journey
  • The need to normalise mental health conversations
