AllianceBernstein L.P. (“AB”) has been appointed by the management company of the Fund, AllianceBernstein (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. as the Investment Manager for the Portfolios. AllianceBernstein (Singapore) Ltd. (“ABSL”) has been appointed as the representative (the “Singapore Representative”) of the Portfolios by the Fund, being the offeror of the Shares in the Portfolios, for the purposes of performing administration and other related functions relating to the offer of the Shares.
